Shipping policy

Most of our orders are shipped in 1-3 business days after the payment confirmation. After that, the estimated delivery time is 3-4 days in the U.S. During holidays and sales periods, your order may experience a slight delay.

All orders over $200 will require a signature upon delivery. Once your package has been signed for and delivered, Mirel Prentice is not responsible for theft, loss, or damage. If you choose to waive the signature, your package is only insured through transit, and the customer bears responsibility upon delivery.
Currently, we are unable to ship to PO boxes.

Contiguous U.S. and Hawaii
Ground Shipping via UPS is $10
We offer free Ground Shipping on orders over $300
Express Two Day shipping via UPS is available for $40

Alaska 
Ground Shipping via UPS is $50
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to Alaska at this time.

International:

Import duties and tax fees apply to orders shipping outside of the United States. Fees can range from 20%-50% of your order value or higher, depending on the destination country and contents of the order. Fees may vary depending on import laws of the destination country. All of our products are shipped DAP (Delivered-at-Place) formerly known as DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), which means the customer is responsible for all import duties and tax fees and must pay them at or before the delivery of the package. Import Duties and tax fees are not currently calculated at checkout.
